Hey guys. Thanks for all of your comments! I’m sorry I haven’t really been around, just been busy enjoying my little girl

I know some of you are waiting for photos, but I won’t be posting any on here. Unless I make my whole blog private, I don’t feel comfortable having her pictures here. I have posted some on my flickr, but you will need to be added as a friend to view those. Unfortunately, I am really only trying to add people I know or have talked to previously. Other than that I guess it’s a case by case basis? Just leave a comment or send me flickr mail… I’d at least like to know if you have a blog or some other way of me getting to know you. Thanks!

weighing 8 pounds even.

She has beautiful eyes (blue at this point), lots of dark hair (slightly curly) and looks just like momma.

Becca is doing just fine and the baby is healthy!

It’s 6:35am and I’m due at the hospital at 8am. The c-section isn’t until 10:30am, but they want me there super early to get me all prepped.

I got 3 1/2 hours of sleep. Played with our new Wii pretty late last night, as I was trying to keep my mind off of the surgery. Probably not the best idea. When I finally got to bed it didn’t actually involve too much sleep.

I feel completely sick… woke up feeling shaky, with killer heartburn, nausea… you name it. I was supposed to stop eating and drinking after 12am last night, but I am soooo thirsty right now.

Anyway I’m just here to ask you guys to keep us in your thoughts and prayers this morning. I’m trying not to be so nervous but it’s hard… besides having concerns about everything going well with baby, this is my first ever surgery and… I just pray that all goes well with baby and I.

On the other hand I am so excited! I can’t believe I’m going to meet our daughter today! I need to let my excitement outshine my nerves.

*breath*

It’s all very overwhelming.

But there is no baby yet! Don’t worry, you will know when she’s here. Just expect her on Wednesday (the 19th), and we will be posting some kind of update no later than Thursday.
